What the product is
The Setup (Claude) is a folder of plain-text instructions that your own Claude follows with you in the Claude desktop app, with a click-by-click guide, a troubleshooting guide and a book that explains it. It is the same folder for every buyer: we do not write bespoke material per customer, and this is a product, not consultancy. No calls, consulting hours or ongoing service are included.
What you need
A Mac or Windows computer, the Claude desktop app and a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher), which you buy from Anthropic, not from us. On a work plan, your employer may have switched features off that the folder uses.
The free check
The free check on the front page costs nothing and needs no email. It is a rough guess from eight answers, and it can change or close as the product evolves.
Price, payment and delivery
The Setup (Claude) costs $97 (US dollars), paid once through Lemon Squeezy, which handles checkout and receipts. Payment comes first; the folder is sent to the email address you used at checkout within 48 hours of payment.
The 30-day refund
If it has not earned its place, tell us within 30 days of payment, via the contact page or by replying to the email that brought your folder, and we refund the full price. We may ask what did not work for you, because that improves the folder; the refund does not depend on your answer.
Running it
The folder is plain text that your Claude follows on your computer, with you in the loop. It creates and changes files on your computer: that is its job. Claude asks before it changes a file, you decide each time, and you run it under your own Claude account. Keep backups of anything you care about before making changes, as you would with any tool that edits files. We never access your computer, your files or your Claude account.
Compatibility
Claude’s features, screens and defaults change over time, and they are Anthropic’s to change. The folder is a snapshot written and tested against the Claude desktop app as it was when it was sent, not a subscription to future updates. It is plain text you can read and adapt, and small adjustments may be needed as Claude moves.
Licence
The folder is licensed to you for your own use and for internal use within your team or organisation. You may adapt it, keep it and use what it builds in your own work, including client work. You may not resell it, republish its contents, or offer it or material derived from it as your own product or service.
What we stand behind, and what we do not
We stand behind delivery within 48 hours of payment and the 30-day refund. Beyond that, in plain English: the folder runs on your computer, by your hands, and we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or other indirect losses arising from how it is used. Our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Trademarks and affiliation
Claude is a product and trademark of Anthropic. The Setup is an independent product by AI Elite Thinkers and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the change applies from the date shown at the top of this page. A purchase you have already made stays under the terms that were in force when you bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. Nothing in this clause removes protections you hold under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
