What the product is
The Setup Audit is a personalised diagnostic and a pack of runbooks: step-by-step task files your own Claude executes. Your pack is assembled from a tested library, chosen, ordered and parameterised to match your interview answers, then read by a human before delivery. Assembled, not written fresh: we do not author bespoke material per customer, and this is a product, not consultancy. No calls, consulting hours or ongoing service are included.
The free parts
The free check costs nothing and needs no email. While the first cohort is open, the interview is also free, by invitation; invites are issued personally and at our discretion. The interview has hard limits on length and usage so it stays available to everyone. The free parts can change or close as the product evolves.
Price, payment and delivery
The pack costs $99 (US dollars), paid through Lemon Squeezy. It is delivered as a download link by email after a human review, normally within 48 hours of purchase.
The 14-day refund
If the pack plainly does not fit what your interview described, tell us within 14 days of delivery, via the contact page or by replying to your delivery email. We will refund the full price, or reassemble the pack if you would rather. We may ask what did not fit, because that improves the library; the refund does not depend on your answer.
Running the runbooks
Runbooks are plain markdown instructions that your Claude executes on your machine, with you in the loop. They create and change local files: that is their job. You read each runbook before running it, you decide whether to run it, and you run it under your own Claude account. Keep backups of anything you care about before making changes, as you would with any tool that edits files. We never access your machine, your files or your Claude account.
Compatibility
Claude’s features, surfaces and defaults change over time, and they are Anthropic’s to change. Every pack states the rubric version it was assembled and tested against; it is a snapshot against that version, not a subscription to future updates. Runbooks are plain text you can read and adapt, and small adjustments may be needed as Claude moves.
Licence
Your pack is licensed to you for your own use and for internal use within your team or organisation. You may adapt it, keep it and use what it builds in your own work, including client work. You may not resell the pack, republish the library, or offer packs or runbooks derived from it as your own product or service. The free artefacts published on the site (the rubric, the sample report, the sample runbook) are free to read; the same no-resale rule applies to them.
What we stand behind, and what we do not
We stand behind the pack matching your interview, the human review before delivery, and the 14-day refund. Beyond that, in plain English: the runbooks run on your machine, by your hands, and we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or other indirect losses arising from how they are used. Our total liability to you is capped at the price you paid for the pack. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Claude is a product and trademark of Anthropic. The Setup Audit is an independent product by AI Elite Thinkers and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the change applies from the date shown at the top of this page. A purchase you have already made stays under the terms that were in force when you bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. Nothing in this clause removes protections you hold under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
