- Your folder. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of payment, or a step will not work. Include the email address you used at checkout.
- Refunds. Within 30 days of payment, per the terms. Include the email address you used at checkout.
- Access links. A link we sent you that has stopped working.
- Data deletion. Name the email address you used and we delete what we hold about you, then confirm when it is done. Details in the privacy policy.
