- Questions before buying. Ask anything about the interview, the rubric or the pack. If the pack would not fit you yet, we say so.
- Invites. A requested invite or access link that has not arrived, or a question about the first cohort.
- Refunds. Within 14 days of delivery, per the terms. Include the email address you used at checkout.
- Data deletion. Name the email address you used and we delete your interview answers, your profile and your invite request, then confirm when it is done. Details in the privacy policy.
Replies come from a person, not an automation, usually within a day or two.
