Who runs this
The Setup is made and operated by AI Elite Thinkers (“we”). We are the people who send your folder and answer the contact inbox. The Setup is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic; Claude is Anthropic’s product. You can reach us any time via the contact page.
The free check
The eight-question check on the front page is scored inside your browser. Your answers and your result never leave the page and are not stored on our servers. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics records that a check was started and completed, and which band it landed in; never the answers themselves. When the page loads we also record an anonymous page-view event of our own; it contains no name, email address or IP address.
Buying The Setup
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Your card details go to Lemon Squeezy, never to us. We receive your email address and the order details (order number, amount, currency, and whether it was refunded) and keep them in our order records, hosted with Supabase, so we can send your folder, answer you and honour the 30-day refund. Our purchase counters record that a sale happened against the order number only, never your email address.
We use your email address to send your folder and any delivery or refund correspondence, from hello@aielitethinkers.com. We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in, and you can withdraw an opt-in at any time by replying or via the contact page.
The earlier questionnaire
Until October 2026 this site offered an invite-only questionnaire about Claude setups; it now opens only from a link we have sent you. If you take or took part, your answers and the profile built from them are held in our database (hosted with Supabase) against a session id. They are processed by a third-party language model reached through OpenRouter, under its no-training routing policy, which excludes providers that would retain your data or use it for training. It never asks for passwords, keys or account credentials. Ask us and we delete it.
Analytics
The marketing pages use Google Analytics 4 so we can see how many people visit and which posts and links bring them here, and it loads only if you accept the analytics banner. Decline and Google’s script never loads and no Google cookies are set; your choice is remembered in your browser. Either way, we do not send your answers or your email address to Google; for the free check, analytics events carry the band only. Separately, our own first-party counters record which step was reached (a page view, a sale). They use no cookies and carry no identity.
Comparisons
If we publish comparisons, they are built only from anonymised, aggregated data. Nothing that identifies you or your business is used.
Retention and deletion
We keep order records while the refund window is open and for as long as our accounts require. Ask us to delete your data via the contact page and we will delete everything we hold about you that those records do not require, including any questionnaire answers, profile and invite request, and confirm when it is done. Records held by Lemon Squeezy (your order) and Google (analytics) are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, a different model provider or a new processor for instance, we will update this page and the date at the top.
