Who runs this
The Setup Audit is made and operated by AI Elite Thinkers (“we”). We are the people who read your interview, assemble your pack and answer the contact inbox. The Setup Audit is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic; Claude is Anthropic’s product. You can reach us any time via the contact page.
The free check
The eight-question check on the front page is scored inside your browser. Your answers and your rough score never leave the page and are not stored on our servers. Our analytics record that a check was started and completed, and which band it landed in; never the answers themselves. When the page loads we also record an anonymous page-view event; it contains no name, email address or IP address.
Requesting an invite
If you ask for an interview invite, we store the email address you give us so a person can send you your access link. That is what it is used for. We do not use it for marketing without a separate opt-in (see Email, below).
The interview
Your interview answers, and the profile assembled from them, are stored in our database (hosted with Supabase) against a session id: that is how you can pause and resume, how your report is produced, and how your pack is assembled to match. The interview never asks for passwords, API keys or account credentials, by design. We have no access to your Claude account and no way to get any; the interview asks, and your own Claude verifies locally if you later run the pack’s audit runbooks.
Model processing
To run the interview and draft your report, your answers are processed by a third-party language model reached through OpenRouter. At the time of writing that is a model from the GLM family. Every request is routed under OpenRouter’s no-training routing policy: providers that would retain your data or use it for training are excluded from serving the request. The model or provider behind the interview can change as the product evolves; if it does, we will update this page.
Payments
The pack is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Your card details go to Lemon Squeezy, never to us. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver your pack and honour the 14-day refund.
We use your email address to send your interview invite and to deliver your pack, including any refund or delivery correspondence. That email is sent through MailerLite. If you ask for the free band-ladder reference by email, the address you give goes to the same provider for that purpose. We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in, and you can withdraw an opt-in at any time by replying or via the contact page.
Analytics
The marketing pages use Google Analytics 4 so we can see how many people visit and which posts and links bring them here, and it loads only if you accept the analytics banner. Decline and Google’s script never loads and no Google cookies are set; your choice is remembered in your browser. Either way, we do not send your interview answers, your score or your email address to Google; for the free check, analytics events carry the band only. Separately, our own first-party counters record which step of the funnel was reached (a page view, a check completed, a report viewed). They use no cookies and carry no identity.
Benchmarks
If we publish comparisons (“the median Setup Score of the first cohort”), they are built only from anonymised, aggregated data. Nothing that identifies you or your business is used.
Retention and deletion
We keep interview data while it is needed to run your session, deliver your pack and honour the refund window. Ask us to delete your data via the contact page and we will delete your interview answers, your profile and your invite request, and confirm when it is done. Records held by Lemon Squeezy (your order) and Google (analytics) are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, a different model provider or a new processor for instance, we will update this page and the date at the top.
